What sets our trainers apart is their field experience. Our team did not master the art of communication merely in classrooms they have reported from the front lines, conducted interviews in high-pressure scenarios, and managed crisis communication in real time. They trained CEOs and corporate executives prior to crucial internal meetings or media appearances.
Csaba Faix is a BBC and Warwick Business School alumni with 20 years of communication experience. He is a passionate storyteller with proven leadership skills.
Csaba started his career in London as a BBC intern and after working on plenty breaking news situation he moved back to his home country, where he became a senior political correspondent. He was covering the most important events at home and abroad, including US Presidential and European Union elections as well as the uprisings in the Arab world.
Parallel to his broadcasting career, he co-founded Prompt Media, a media- and presentation training company with which he trained several thousands people to speak on camera or on stage. He believes in ‘walking the walk’ and his training approach is based on practice, practice and practice.
Csaba is also an experienced business leader. He was the international communications manager for Prezi, a globally successful presentation startup and he is the CEO of Budapest Brand, a company responsible for the reputation of his beloved hometown city, the capital of Hungary: Budapest.
Daniel Manhalter is a leading communication trainer and crisis communication specialist. He passionately believes that good communication is one of the most important foundations for effectiveness.
For six years, he worked as economics editor for the news of RTL group, before working as the channel’s correspondent in Shanghai. In 2011, he founded Prompt Media with Csaba Faix. He has delivered more than 1000 communication and presentation trainings to clients in the EU, the US and Asia.
Daniel is a communications expert in the FMCG, food industry and banking sectors, but also has specialised love project. He was the lead consultant for the campaign in Los Angeles of the 2017 Oscar-winning film „Sing”
Since 2016, he has worked on several joint projects with the European Parliament and has advised the Vice-President of the European Parliament.
